The position provides essential insights and analytical support that underpin customer engagement, retention, and growth—particularly in the context of a rapidly expanding client base and recent double-digit winback success.This is not a traditional data extraction role. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, supporting commercial decision-making, and enabling Customer Success teams to deliver measurable value to clients.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Commercial SupportProvide ongoing industry insights support for Horticulture and Fresh clientsPartner closely with Customer Success Managers to strengthen client relationships and drive retentionSupport onboarding and scaling of recent winback clients, ensuring high-quality insight deliveryContribute to client presentations, reviews, and strategic discussionsInsights & AnalysisTranslate complex datasets into clear, relevant, and actionable insightsIdentify category trends, growth opportunities, and performance driversMove beyond basic reporting to deliver storytelling that drives commercial outcomesProactively highlight risks and opportunities within client portfoliosData & ReportingDevelop and maintain standard and ad hoc reportsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of data outputsImprove reporting processes and drive efficiency through automation where possibleCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Analytics teamsSupport internal stakeholders with industry knowledge and insights expertiseContribute to building scalable insights frameworks for the teamQualificationsEssential1–3 years’ experience in data analysis, insights, or related rolesStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insightsExperience using tools such as Excel, BI tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau), or similarStrong communication skills with ability to translate data into clear business narrativesHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesDesirableExperience in FMCG, retail, fresh food, or horticulture sectorsExposure to customer-facing or commercial environmentsUnderstanding of category management or retail analyticsKey AttributesCurious and proactive mindsetStrong problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, growing environmentComfortable taking ownership and working with limited supervisionCollaborative team player with strong stakeholder engagement skillsAdditional InformationWhy This Role is CriticalThis position is essential to maintaining service quality and supporting growth across a high-value client portfolio:Supports AUD $1.3M+ in Horticulture and Fresh client revenueEnables delivery for a growing base of winback clientsAddresses current resourcing gaps in Customer SuccessEnsures continuity of high-impact insights delivery, which is key to retention and expansionWithout this role, there is a material risk to client satisfaction, retention, and the ability to scale recent business wins effectively.Outcome ExpectationsSuccess in this role will be measured by:Quality and impact of insights delivered to clientsSupport of Customer Success in achieving retention and growth targetsAbility to manage workload across multiple accountsContribution to improved processes and scalable insights deliveryOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain...
