- Weekly Housekeeping Audits of the Process Service Room (PSR) and Blend Areas
- Daily Housekeeping in PSR work area.
- Complete monthly Safety Audits.
- Assist Color Techs II and III by Blending color formulas, properly completing the color work sheets that range from one quart to 160 gallons.
- Order toners as needed using Access ordering system.
- Fill completed batches in appropriate containers.
- Complete assigned weekly equipment Preventive Maintenance.
- Monitor shelf-life dates of all toners for assigned dedoes mixers.
- Maintain housekeeping and proper labeling on Hazardous Waste Satellite areas.
- Remove outdated retains from retain area and take to WH on a monthly basis.
- Assist the warehouse labeling containers upon request.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to determine the difference between colors so you can correctly tint paint to the colors desired by customers
