Accountabilities:

    The Senior Paid Media Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition programs, ensuring campaigns deliver efficient growth and measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong channel expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex performance initiatives.

    • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Bing, programmatic advertising, native channels, and emerging acquisition platforms.
    • Own assigned acquisition channels with accountability for budget management, campaign performance, lead quality, volume, and return on investment.
    • Develop and execute channel-specific media strategies, including campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding approaches, and budget allocation frameworks.
    • Manage hands-on campaign operations, including setup, trafficking, targeting, bidding strategies, optimization, and performance scaling.
    • Create and test direct-response creative strategies in partnership with creative teams to improve messaging effectiveness and conversion performance.
    • Forecast, manage, and report on large acquisition budgets while ensuring efficient spending against performance goals.
    • Design and analyze structured experiments to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall channel effectiveness.
    • Optimize campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, payback periods, customer value, and downstream business outcomes.
    • Manage tracking and attribution processes, including UTMs, pixels, conversion mapping, offline uploads, and quality assurance.
    • Monitor full-funnel performance from lead generation through customer outcomes to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
    • Partner with internal teams to improve landing pages, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition experiences.
    • Provide strategic recommendations on scaling, optimizing, or discontinuing channels and external partnerships based on performance insights.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced performance marketing professional with a strong background in digital acquisition, analytics, and revenue-focused growth strategies. They should be comfortable managing large budgets, analyzing complex data, and operating in a highly collaborative environment.

      • Mandatory experience within the mortgage industry.
      • Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance-driven digital acquisition, paid media, and lead generation.
      • Proven track record managing and scaling high-spend acquisition programs with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and payback metrics.
      • Strong understanding of performance marketing economics, attribution models, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
      • Experience planning, executing, and analyzing marketing experiments to improve conversion efficiency and lead quality.
      • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, web analytics tools, and performance measurement solutions.
      • Experience implementing and optimizing conversion rate optimization (CRO) platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or VWO.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform performance data into actionable recommendations.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, analytics, product, and external partner teams.
      • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
      • Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work, with recommended speeds of 100 Mbps download or ethernet connectivity.
      • Authorized to work in the United States and able to verify identity and employment eligibility.
