Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end case creation, updates, and tracking within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
- Coordinate scheduling between members, providers, and clinical teams while managing calendars and timelines effectively
- Support medical records collection, transfer, storage, and documentation across digital and physical systems
- Maintain accurate case logs, communication records, and workflow updates using case management platforms (e.g., Salesforce/Boost or equivalent)
- Assist case managers and providers with administrative and operational tasks to support timely case resolution
- Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure continuity of care and strong stakeholder experience
- Escalate complex issues or case concerns to the appropriate clinical lead when required
- Support additional operational tasks such as eligibility checks, queue management, and coordination with external partners
- 3–5 years of experience in a professional office, healthcare, hospital, or medical administration environment preferred
- Post-secondary education strongly preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare administrative processes considered an asset
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and telephone) with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and resolution
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and document management systems
- Bilingualism (English & French Canadian) is considered an asset

- Annual salary range: $50,000 – $55,000
