Admissions Coordinator – Fraser Villa | Fraser, MI (Full-Time)

Fraser Villa is seeking a compassionate and organized Admissions Coordinator to guide residents and families through the admissions process and serve as a welcoming ambassador for our community.

- Full-Time
- 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Every other weekend required

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage the resident admissions process from inquiry to move-in
- Complete admissions paperwork in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Partner closely with clinical liaisons to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
- Conduct community tours and provide information to prospective residents and families
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting residents, families, and visitors
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Long-term care, healthcare admissions, or experience working with older adults preferred
