Sr Mgr, Product Management Lifecycle Experiences, EM PLX
Bengaluru, IndiaFull-timePosted Jul 21, 2026
Amazon's Emerging Markets (EM10) serve hundreds of millions of customers across India, Brazil, Mexico, Middle East, Turkey, Australia, Singapore, and South Africa. Yet a majority of these customers remain unsettled - they shop infrequently, lapse quickly, and never build the habits that unlock Amazon's full value. Settling these customers represents a $5B-$7B incremental opportunity across EMs. The IES Lifecycle Experiences (ILX) team exists to solve this problem - programmatically and efficiently progressing customers through their engagement with Amazon, from first purchase to settled Prime membership.
We are seeking a senior product and business leader to own this charter end-to-end. You will lead a team of product managers, marketers, and program managers building the systems, experiences, and intelligence that drive customer settlement at scale. Your products today reach 140MM+ customers annually and operate across all 10 emerging marketplaces. Your charter spans four interconnected programs: a deferred micro-currency and rewards system that drives longitudinal habit formation ("Diamonds"); a behavioral engagement engine using streaks, missions, and gamified mechanics to build shopping habits; an AI-native orchestration platform that replaces manual marketer judgment with autonomous, ML-driven campaign execution; and the underlying ML models that optimize who gets rewarded, with what, and when - across hundreds of millions in annual incentive spend.
This role demands a rare combination - someone who can build conviction on long-horizon product bets while delivering measurable quarterly results; who can architect ML-powered systems while staying grounded in customer psychology and behavioral economics; and who can lead cross-functional teams spanning product, science, marketing, and engineering across geographies. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, applied machine learning, and marketing science - in a space where the playbook is being written, not followed. If you are energized by building category-defining products that serve hundreds of millions of customers, and want to architect the system that turns Amazon's largest untapped customer base into its most engaged, this role is for you.
Key job responsibilities
1. Own the end-to-end lifecycle progression strategy across EM10 - from product vision and 3-year roadmap through quarterly goal setting, experimentation cadence, and P&L accountability.
2. Drive settlement outcomes for 140MM+ customers through a unified toolkit of rewards, gamified experiences, and ML-powered orchestration.
3. Build and scale an autonomous marketing orchestration platform - defining the product architecture where marketers input objectives and budgets, and the system selects audiences, deploys optimal campaign mixes, dynamically allocates rewards, and optimizes performance in real-time with minimal human intervention.
4. Drive a cross-EM rewards program - scaling across 10 markets, managing program economics (earn rates, breakage, external funding), and evolving the construct from transactional lift to longitudinal habit formation. Own measurement rigor including causal incrementality frameworks for novel, longitudinal customer experiences.
5. Lead the progression intelligence roadmap - partnering with science teams to evolve ML models that determine the right action, the right reward amount, and the right timing per customer. Drive adoption across categories and deliver incremental revenue through ML-optimized reward allocation.
7. Build and mentor a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team (product, marketing, program management), partnering marketing orgs across IN/LATAM/MENA - setting the bar for analytical rigor, customer obsession, and bias for action in a charter where most of the playbook is being invented.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
