Accountabilities:
- Support customers in understanding and resolving technical challenges related to semiconductor simulation workflows and tool usage.
- Analyze customer requirements, workflows, and objectives to recommend suitable technical solutions and approaches.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical insights, strengthen customer strategies, and communicate solution value.
- Work directly with customer engineering teams to develop evaluation plans, validate solutions, and demonstrate product capabilities.
- Capture, investigate, and troubleshoot technical issues while proposing workarounds or escalating product improvements when required.
- Gather customer feedback and represent user needs to internal product and engineering teams.
- Assist customers with product installation, configuration, optimization, and implementation processes.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, training sessions, and application support updates.
- Create technical documentation and collateral to explain product capabilities and technology benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, customer interactions, and support activities within internal CRM systems.
- Stay informed about advancements in semiconductor technologies, applications, and engineering workflows.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, Solid State Physics, or a related semiconductor field.
- 0–3 years of industry experience, with academic or professional exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, R&D, integrated circuit design, or related processes.
- Experience using design, modeling, or simulation tools through coursework, research, or industry projects.
- Understanding of semiconductor technologies, including device operation, fabrication processes, and electrical characterization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results with limited supervision.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with global and remote teams.
- Experience with semiconductor simulation tools, TCAD workflows, or related engineering applications is preferred.
- Familiarity with areas such as CMOS image sensors, photodiodes, RF technologies, BCD technologies, TCAD calibration, or design of experiments is a plus.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools, commercial simulation platforms, or Python scripting is advantageous.
