As Head of Finance, you will own finance end-to-end, laying the financial foundation for a scaling deep-tech hardware company – from reporting, controlling, treasury, and public funding to the financial infrastructure supporting global equipment deliveries.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the leadership team, board, investors, and external partners to shape the company's financial strategy and operational excellence. This is a hands-on build role with a clear growth trajectory. Within your first 12–18 months, you will establish scalable financial processes, strengthen governance and controls, build a high-performing finance function, and create the foundation for international growth and future financing rounds.
