We are a small, focused team where every person has direct impact — united by a shared commitment to care deeply, create boldly, and never stop learning.The Vice President, Clinical Development will provide strategic and medical leadership across middle and late stage development for Faeth's oncology portfolio. This executive will serve as the senior medical leader for assigned programs, driving clinical strategy, providing medical oversight, and partnering cross-functionally to advance programs from late-stage development through regulatory approval.This is a highly visible leadership role within a small, fast-paced biotechnology company where the successful candidate will influence company strategy, work directly with executive leadership, and help shape the future of the clinical development organization.
