Description:
Candidate will provide field sales support to Strategic and Key customers as well as Broad Market support for emerging customers. This job involves working with customers, sales teams, and products lines to identify key opportunities, and positioning the best solutions tailored to customer needs, while growing Analog Devices market share. Primary focus will be on the Aerospace and Defense markets with an emphasis on emerging customers within the sector. This position will be based in Sothern California. Activities include, but are not limited to:
• Understanding and disseminating customers’ needs
• Proposing product and system solutions to customers
• Proposing new products to Product Lines to fill customers' needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with key Product Lines Management, Marketing, and Application.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Training customers in Analog Devices' solutions and products
• Working with customer service such as sample ordering, expedites and quality issues
• Coordinate customer seminars on Analog Devices RF and analog mixed signal products
• Maintain design win and Pipeline data monthly, as well as forecasting specific accounts
Qualifications
• Must be a US citizen
• BSEE or equivalent preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role
• Experience with broad RF, microwave, mixed-signal, and power circuit applications/designs
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task many projects and set priorities.
• Self- starting skills
• Capability to present and work with all levels of Management, Sales and Engineering
• Ability to coach/teach/help others when applicable
• Ability to deliver convincing presentations
• Regional Travel (between LA and SD) 40% to 60%

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
