You will join a global cybersecurity-focused environment supporting enterprise customers in maximizing the value of advanced security analytics and threat detection platforms. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to security teams, helping organizations improve their Security Operations Center (SOC) maturity, detection capabilities, and overall cyber resilience. You will work closely with enterprise stakeholders to ensure successful platform adoption, operational efficiency, and continuous value realization. The position requires a strong blend of cybersecurity expertise, customer-facing consulting skills, and strategic thinking to translate complex technical environments into actionable security outcomes. You will be responsible for driving long-term customer success through proactive engagement, technical guidance, and operational optimization. This is a remote-first role in a fast-paced, global cybersecurity organization where collaboration, trust, and impact are core to daily work.

Accountabilities:

    • Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned enterprise customers, acting as their trusted point of contact.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with security leaders, SOC teams, architects, and executive stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular business reviews, platform health checks, and strategic planning sessions.
    • Align platform capabilities with customer security objectives, compliance needs, and operational priorities.
    • Drive platform adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
    • Provide technical expertise across SIEM, UEBA, SOAR, threat detection, and incident response workflows.
    • Guide customers on best practices for architecture, scalability, performance, and security operations maturity.
    • Support log onboarding, detection engineering, use case development, and security content tuning.
    • Monitor platform health, adoption metrics, and risk indicators to proactively identify improvement opportunities.
    • Coordinate with Support, Engineering, Product, and Professional Services teams to resolve escalations and improve outcomes.
    • Deliver executive-level presentations, including QBRs, translating technical results into business value and ROI.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
      • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, SIEM platforms, technical consulting, or Technical Account Management.
      • Experience with enterprise SIEM or security platforms (e.g., Securonix, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, Elastic Security, Exabeam, LogRhythm).
      • Strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response, threat detection, UEBA, SOAR, and cloud security concepts.
      • Knowledge of security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls, as well as compliance standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, etc.).
      • Experience with log management, detection engineering, and security telemetry analysis.
      • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation abilities.
      • Certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, CySA+, or equivalent are a plus.
      • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools (Python, APIs, SOAR workflows) is a plus.
      • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
