Accountabilities:
- Manage daily clinical support operations for healthcare service programs and ensure effective operational execution.
- Collaborate with clinical operations and configuration teams to support system configuration activities and operational workflows.
- Develop, maintain, and implement standardized operating procedures and policies for clinical teams.
- Coordinate regression testing activities for new system enhancements and ensure operational readiness.
- Participate in system triage meetings and support resolution of operational and technical issues.
- Review, manage, and prioritize system enhancement requests in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Create standardized training materials and support onboarding initiatives for clinical staff.
- Assist with accreditation activities and maintain compliance standards.
- Analyze operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to business growth and strategic planning efforts.
- Foster collaboration across teams and promote effective decision-making among leadership groups and stakeholders.
- Manage resources, performance expectations, and operational priorities in alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent relevant professional experience considered in place of a degree.
- Active unrestricted LPN, RN, or applicable state/compact clinical license required.
- 3+ years of recent management experience.
- 5+ years of clinical experience.
- 3+ years of utilization review experience.
- Experience supporting public and private sector healthcare programs preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry and healthcare operational processes.
- Experience developing policies, procedures, workflows, and operational strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee development, performance management, and team leadership.
- Experience managing remote operations and improving operational processes.
- Proven ability to analyze resources, identify opportunities, and develop solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, business partnerships, and implementation initiatives.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
