Role responsibilities

The Phlebotomy Technician performs venipunctures, heel sticks, and finger sticks to obtain blood samples for testing. They ensure proper patient identification and follow procedures for specimen collection.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a preferred completion of a formal training course in phlebotomy. One year of phlebotomy experience is also preferred.
