Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SAM Pro implementations, including assessment, design, delivery, and optimization phases.
- Serve as the primary technical lead and client-facing solution advisor for SAM Pro initiatives.
- Assess existing SAM processes, configurations, integrations, and data quality to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop strategic recommendations, maturity roadmaps, and optimization strategies to enhance software asset management capabilities.
- Design scalable ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide technical direction, guidance, and mentorship to development and implementation teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective software asset management solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, governance, and value from SAM processes.
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing and optimizing ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) solutions.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow technical engagements as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro capabilities, configuration, integrations, and implementation methodologies.
- Experience performing current-state assessments, data quality reviews, and process improvement recommendations.
- Ability to develop technical strategies, roadmaps, and business-focused solutions.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout complex implementations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications and SAM Pro-specific training are highly desirable.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $50 to $60 USD/hour, based on experience, skills, education, and market factors.
