As part of Cvent’s Event Cloud division, Reposite is transforming the way planners connect with suppliers, streamline sourcing workflows, and deliver exceptional event experiences. We are seeking a Lead Customer Success Advisor to join our Customer Success team supporting Reposite. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts, helping them adopt Reposite, increase sourcing activity, and realize value from the platform. You will partner closely with onboarding, sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver a strong customer experience, drive adoption and engagement, and support long-term account growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, using data to guide recommendations, and helping customers succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
