Manager Senior Financial Operations Department - Subrogation/Workers' Compensation
Role responsibilities
The Manager Senior Financial Operations Department will coordinate, direct, and manage several units with multi-state or multi-functional impact. This includes developing strategies to maximize departmental effectiveness and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in operations, financial reporting, and analysis, along with at least 5 years of management experience. Experience in Subrogation and/or Workers' Compensation is preferred.
