Accountabilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing healthcare professionals such as RNs, MAs, NPs, and physicians.
- Partner closely with clinical hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while ensuring a high-touch, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, clinical competencies, and experience to ensure alignment with role requirements and patient care standards.
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top clinical talent in competitive healthcare markets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to successfully negotiate offers and close high-quality candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and hiring progress using recruitment tools and systems.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical recruiting, specifically hiring healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, or medical assistants.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within fast-paced, high-volume healthcare or clinical environments.
- Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, G Suite, Slack, or similar systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and mission-driven mindset focused on improving patient outcomes through talent acquisition.
- Preferred: experience working in in-house recruiting environments or supporting urgent care and primary care staffing needs.
- Competitive contract rate of $50/hour on a 1099 basis (40 hours/week).
