**Introduction** As an accounting analyst at IBM you'll be a key player in all aspects of strategic payments planning. You will make significant contributions to high-profile operational initiatives as the business continues to grow globally. **Your role and responsibilities** Work closely with the Statutory Accounting Lead and various other teams including Tax accounting, COE’s, Country Tax Team and financial analysts for information collation, analysis w.r.t Statutory Audit related tasks/compliance and TDS Compliance. To support the team in various Statutory Audit related compliances along with Tax Audit, Tax returns & other Transfer pricing compliance. To support in Preparation for statutory financials with help of Statutory Accounting Lead and coordinate with auditors for closure of queries Demonstrate a basic understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, TDS Compliance, Tax Audit etc. To support in providing information to Country Tax team at time of litigations. **Required technical and professional expertise** CA intern - available for Article ship (Internship) as per ICAI norms and eligible for Industrial Training i.e., 12 months as per ICAI regulations **Preferred technical and professional experience** CA intern - available for Article ship (Internship) as per ICAI norms and eligible for Industrial Training i.e., 12 months as per ICAI regulations IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
