Accountabilities:

    • Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring quality standards, productivity goals, and patient outcomes are consistently achieved.
    • Lead, mentor, and support clinical teams through ongoing coaching, professional development, and performance guidance.
    • Maintain an active patient caseload while providing high-quality medical care, including evaluations, diagnostic reviews, follow-up visits, and treatment planning.
    • Support clinicians in developing effective care plans, improving documentation practices, and delivering evidence-based behavioral health services.
    • Monitor patient progress, address barriers to care, and collaborate with providers to improve engagement, retention, and treatment outcomes.
    • Partner with therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language professionals, and other specialists to deliver integrated, whole-child care.
    • Provide training and onboarding support around clinical models, best practices, and operational standards.
    • Build strong relationships with pediatric practices, referral partners, and educational programs to support community engagement and growth.
    • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams on recruitment, retention, team development, and improving clinical operations.
    • Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence through accurate documentation, data-informed decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      • Active PMHNP-BC certification and APRN license in at least one of the following states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, or Virginia, with willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner, with pediatric or adolescent mental health experience preferred.
      • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, management, or clinical leadership role within a behavioral health setting.
      • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop healthcare professionals while maintaining accountability and strong clinical standards.
      • Experience delivering psychotherapy and/or psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and families.
      • Strong understanding of developmental stages, neurodiverse populations, and individualized approaches to mental health treatment.
      • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with patients, families, clinicians, and external partners.
      • Ability to use data, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills to improve clinical outcomes and operational performance.
      • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
      • Flexibility to support occasional evening, weekend, or in-person clinical needs when required.
