Job Discipline Description

We are looking for Sales Supervisors in Manila, Philippines who can demonstrate the ability to assist the Global Sales Manager in over achieving sales goals and objectives by implementing and executing sales strategies and by directing, developing and motivating the sales team through constant performance coaching and mentoring.

Provides operational support to sales management | Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force | Develops processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems | Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement| General Profile Supervises the daily activities of a small to medium-sized, routine business or technical support, and/or production team and is accountable for the results of the team | Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinates work activities with other supervisors | Solves problems based on practice and precedent| Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and the local business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager | Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations | Typically does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised

Job Description

Sales Supervisor - Inside Sales - XHR

  • Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focusIdentifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities
  • Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers
  • Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
  • May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
  • Responsibilities are within the Account/Relationship Management & Sales Development
  • Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
  • General Profile Supervises the daily activities of a large and/or moderately complex business or technical support, production, or operations team and is accountable for the results of the team
  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors
  • Solves problems by applying acquired expertise and analysing information
  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and the local business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager
  • Coaches team members on performance, completes employee performance evaluations and recommends pay actions

  • Impact: Impacts the level of service and the team’s ability to meet quality, volume, and timeliness objectives within their area
  • Provides input on resource planning and policy development
  • Interpersonal Skills: Uses tact and diplomacy to exchange information and address sensitive issues Has developed communication skills with the ability to exchange complex information
  • The Sales Supervisor will be responsible in providing leadership to Sales Development Representatives and Account Managers/ support accounts and delivering profitable growth and exceeding targets within a large volume of small customers within assigned territories by: 1) retaining the customer base and renewing their annual subscription aligned with business strategies and 2) to grow the existing customer portfolio by actively hunting opportunities within the existing customer base and identifying sales opportunities and increasing XpertHR value. 
  • This role is also responsible in defining, developing, and delivering on short- and long-term commercial strategies to address key market opportunities within our customer base within the assigned region by embedding customer-centricity and being a customer champion, driving insight and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College degree

  • Preferably with 1-2 years of leadership experience (Open to high potential candidates)

  • Strong people and stakeholder relationship management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization

  • With excellent work ethics and can easily adapt to CI and Agile Culture

  • Project management skills

  • With GCRM and SFDC background is preferred

  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Additional for internal applicants:

  • Must be in current role for 1 year

  • Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months

  • Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month

  • Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
