The Performance and Quality Assurance Manager implements policies and selects methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for the team tasked with debugging software products and using systematic tests for the development, application and maintenance of quality standards for firm products. The incumbent develops, modifies and executes company policies and procedures to ensure software products are working properly, reliable and meet business requirements. They drive the strategy and success of large projects to ensure optimal performance, reliability and scalability of software applications and systems.
This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the information technology (IT) field. In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of experience in IT
- 7+ years of experience in IT
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Preferred:
- Experience in quality engineering or performance engineering
- Experience overseeing manual and automated testing strategies across multiple applications and platforms
- Experience with test automation frameworks, tools, and technologies to drive efficient and scalable quality processes
- Experience establishing QA best practices, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to implement quality and testing standards throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with performance testing and quality engineering tools in Agile and DevOps environments
