Role responsibilities
The Sales Operations Representative assists in all functions of Order Management, including customer order entry and inquiries. They work with Sales, Finance, and Operations to coordinate customer needs related to order delivery and availability.
Requirements
A high school diploma is required, with a college degree or relevant work experience preferred. Candidates should have customer service experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
