As a Cafeteria Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing daily operations of the Team Member cafeteria – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Help hotel Team Members thrive: Oversee the daily operation of the team member cafeteria, ensuring food and beverage quality and consistency
- Ensure a clean and inviting space: Supervise the cleanliness of all cafeteria areas, including tables, floors, food service stations, glassware, china, silverware, storage, and other food-contact surfaces
- Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise cafeteria staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and excellent service
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
