Order Fulfillment Analyst

The Order Fulfillment Analyst supports the Commercial National Accounts organization through order execution, operational coordination, and customer support activities across direct and indirect commercial sales channels. This role works closely with Commercial National Accounts managers, inside sales, operations, distribution partners, and factory teams to support order fulfillment, reporting, inventory coordination, and customer execution for national account programs.

The position is responsible for managing multiple commercial orders and projects simultaneously while supporting operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and customer service execution across the Commercial National Accounts business. This role reports directly to the Manager, Commercial Sales Operations.

Position Responsibilities may include;

  • Enters and works to fulfills orders according to client needs
  • Works closely with local branches and factory to ensure order fulfillment and plan for future inventory needs
  • Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain accurate and efficient fulfillment
  • Assist customer in ensuring correct product selection and matchups. 
  • Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues 
  • Evaluate and report on KPIs 
  • Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly 
  • Runs analytical reports and open order reports regularly
  • Conducts regular margin analysis to ensure pricing is accurate and proper controls in place
  • Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs

  • Possesses a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
  • Has no discretion to deviate from established procedures by performing structured work assignments
  • Work is closely supervised
  • Problems faced are not typically difficult nor complex
  • Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word) 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable interacting with cross functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • A strategic and analytical mind

Experience:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in supply chain or operations role

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Finance/Economics, Business

People Management:  No
