We are seeking a highly motivated PMO Portfolio & AI Automation Analyst to join Oracle Consulting PMO.
This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong project portfolio governance capabilities with a passion for innovation, process transformation, automation, and Artificial Intelligence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in evolving PMO operations by leveraging AI technologies, automation frameworks, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance portfolio visibility, governance effectiveness, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
Beyond traditional PMO activities, this position will help transform manual processes into scalable, automated, and data-driven solutions that improve productivity and deliver business value across the organization.
 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of project management processes, including project governance, scheduling, financial management (ATD, ETC, EAC), risk management, and issue management.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience creating executive reports, dashboards, metrics, and portfolio performance presentations.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Experience supporting portfolio governance and project controls in complex and dynamic environments.
  • Experience leveraging Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies to improve productivity and business processes.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies, workflow automation, scripting, AI agents,RPA solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with limited supervision.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is desirable.
  • Ideally, solid experience in PMO, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Business Operations, or Process Improvement roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • PMP, PMI-PMOCP, Agile, or AI-related certifications are considered differentiators.

 

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Monitor project and portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with PMO standards, governance processes, methodologies, and quality expectations.
  • Support portfolio governance activities, project reviews, executive reporting, and portfolio health assessments.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, trends, and improvement opportunities across the portfolio and support mitigation actions.
  • Support PMO leadership in portfolio control activities, performance tracking, governance reporting, and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio metrics, dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
  • Analyze project and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
  • Identify opportunities to automate PMO processes, governance routines, reporting activities, and operational workflows.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Develop internal tools, assistants, workflows, automations, and productivity solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Consulting leaders, and cross-functional teams to improve portfolio performance and governance outcomes.
  • Lead recurring PMO governance sessions and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement, communicate, and continuously improve PMO practices, procedures, standards, and methodologies.
  • Operate independently while maintaining a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and ownership of deliverables.
  • Act as a catalyst for innovation and continuous improvement within the PMO organization.

 

Languages: Intermediate English required. Spanish is desirable.

Location: São Paulo (Hybrid). Onsite presence required several days per week.
