What You’ll Do

• Help build precast concrete products (walls, beams, stairs, etc.)

• Set up forms and install materials like rebar and insulation

• Use basic hand and power tools

• Work safely with a team to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and safe work habits

• Ability to work overtime when needed

• Prior manufacturing or construction experience not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Stand, bend, climb, and work on your feet during your shift
