Senior Associate, Alternative Operations

Role responsibilities

The Senior Associate will support the Special Situations Group and Insurance-Linked Strategies by managing the lifecycle of private and originated loan trades. This includes settlement oversight, operational coverage, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of relevant operational experience in private and direct originated debt or equity, with strong knowledge of loan-based products. Hands-on experience with credit documentation and the ability to manage complex securities and processing tasks is essential.
