As a Management and Program Analyst, you will develop new, or recommend changes to, existing issuances and directive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the program office. The responsibilities described are for the full performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope performed with less independence, and limited complexity. Communicate both orally and in writing, to audiences of various sizes and from differing demographics. Support the implementation and coordination of a variety of initiatives impacting the E-Verify, and Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Programs. Participate in various studies, working groups, and testing of new business systems; Support the review of background information for studies, compiling statistical data from testing and evaluations. Represent the organization at meetings and conferences. Support live events through exhibiting, and/or public webinars; Provide technical assistance to management in a variety of matters relating to planning activities. Develop and evaluate policies in assigned areas of responsibility for management.
