As a Product Delivery Manager in Data and Analytics Data Products – Interaction Core team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will drive adoption, growth, and retention of priority streaming data product solutions across Chase, bridging Product, Technology, Data Sourcing, AI/ML, Analytics, Personalization, and Reporting partners to deliver business value and measurable business outcomes. In addition, this role collaborates across Consumer Community Banking Lines of Business to understand challenges, identify areas of opportunity, and drive development of strategy to successfully go-to-market with new or evolved streaming data solutions to deliver business value.
As the Data Strategy & Program Manager for D&A Data Products - Interaction Core team, you will drive adoption, growth, and retention of priority streaming data product solutions across Chase, bridging Product, Technology, Data Sourcing, AI/ML, Analytics, Personalization, and Reporting partners to deliver business value and measurable business outcomes. In addition, this role collaborates across Consumer Community Banking Lines of Business to understand challenges, identify areas of opportunity, and drive development of strategy to successfully go-to-market with new or evolved streaming data solutions to deliver business value.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
- Develop and implement data strategies aligned with business goals and opportunities, including new data product launches, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
- Identify priority streaming data product solutions. Collaborate across Product, Technology, Sourcing & Data Streaming, governance, and consumer teams to harmonize priorities, align dependencies, and drive joint adoption and enablement integration in a matrixed environment. Map stakeholder-specific customer journeys across the Shared Events & Assets solutions.
- Collaborate with CCB Stakeholders to develop solution value propositions for streaming data products. Own strategy for go-to-market (GTM) launches and adoption.
- Build materials to drive demand and adoption of priority streaming data product solutions, such as data product one-pagers, reference architectures, onboarding playbooks, integration checklists, and “golden path” implementation patterns
- Ensure consistent execution and communications across Product, Technology, Sourcing, and Readiness/Enablement, including stakeholder updates that clearly articulate progress, risks, trade-offs, and required decisions.
- Lead cross-functional GTM plans, including kick-off and debrief meetings to align necessary resources, establish project plans, and deliver after-action reporting. Build segment-specific materials to drive demand and adoption of priority solutions. Co-lead strategic planning and opportunity identification sessions with stakeholders and leadership
- Deliver measurable outcomes against business and data product goals, including active consumers, data asset reuse, time-to-onboard, time-to-first-value, reduction in bespoke integrations, and AI/ML and analytics use cases enabled.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- 5+ years of experience in product strategy, marketing strategy, or related roles. Proven success developing and executing product strategies for complex, multi-channel products. Effective project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in market research, data analysis, and performance measurement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels within matrixed, global organizations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office platform, especially collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook) and presentation design and development (e.g., PowerPoint). Experience enabling AI/ML and real-time personalization use cases through data product strategy, including event design, data contracts, and operational monitoring patterns that drive trust and reuse (per user requirements).
- Effective project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, cross-team dependencies, and complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining delivery momentum (per user requirements).
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in consumer and use-case research, data analysis, and adoption performance measurement, and the ability to convert insights into prioritization and action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and translating complex technical topics into clear implications, decisions, and outcomes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Experience in financial services preferred, but not required.
