You'll help shape our mobile architecture, influence product direction, and ship experiences seen by millions of gamers, moving fast in a team where an idea pitched on Monday can be in users' hands two or three weeks later.What We're Looking For5+ years of recent experience shipping iOS apps (recency matters, since the platform evolves fast)Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI knowledgeSwift Concurrency and Combine experienceExperience working on complex real-time apps, video/media-heavy workflows, or social applicationsOwnership mentality: A track record of driving projects end-to-end, not just shipping discrete componentsObsession with quality of code and interfacesProduct interest: You take ownership of broad product areas, run experiments, talk to users, and use the product avidlyData-driven: Practiced at using analytics, testing, user feedback, and bug/crash reports to inform developmentExperience using REST APIs and working with backend teams to accomplish product goalsA love for gaming, however you define it!You read and write well and can communicate and collaborate both synchronously and asynchronouslyBonus: Experience working with video on mobile at a consumer-facing company, or AVFoundation experienceOur StackElectron, React, Redux, Styled Components & other modern web-based technologiesC# and C++ for native Windows recording & moreSwift for iOS, Kotlin for AndroidJava, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes for backendTerraform, Salt, GitHub Actions, CircleCI for IaC and CI/CDApply for this Job
