Accountabilities:

    • Conduct monthly, annual, and ad hoc financial analysis of operating accounts, including budget variance tracking and performance reporting.
    • Support departments with budgeting, forecasting, and financial interpretation, ensuring consistency and accuracy across financial data sets.
    • Perform detailed variance analysis to explain financial trends and provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
    • Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data from multiple systems to support strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data extracts while ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems.
    • Support procurement and financial transaction processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoice review, and P-card monitoring.
    • Collaborate with operational leaders to investigate financial issues, improve processes, and support new initiative planning.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
      • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related finance functions.
      • Strong proficiency in financial tools and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database systems.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
      • Experience with financial systems or tools such as Oracle, Cognos TM1, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is preferred.
      • Knowledge of data analysis tools or coding (e.g., SQL, VBA, macros) is a plus.
