A bit about this role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team on a full-time contract position. The growth marketing team is responsible for acquiring new customers and strategically deploying a multi-million dollar advertising budget. We work cross-functionally as a team to achieve growth and ROI goals, while building a culture of intellectual honesty, analytical rigor, collaboration, and entrepreneurialism.
This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role in a regulated industry. You need to be comfortable toggling between creative conversations about ad design and deep-in-the-weeds campaign set up and ad operations. The ideal candidate can communicate with both left and right brained colleagues, and is excited about making numbers go up. You’re a master of the details, and can also talk about the big picture.
Responsibilities and impact include:
Build and deploy digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Meta, YouTube, Search, and more
Coordinate with external ad vendors
Collaborate with our creative team to produce beautiful marketing materials that advance the Devoted brand and generate successful results
Ensure 100% compliant, error free marketing materials
Use Monday.com to manage creative requests with our in house video, design, copy, and compliance teams
Leverage Looker and google sheets to track channel performance
Required Skills and Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing operations
Previous experience managing paid media campaigns and knowledge of the mar-tech ecosystem (ex: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager)
Working knowledge on digital marketing measurement and optimization strategies and tools such as A/B testing, attribution models, tracking pixels.
Experience with project management tools (ex: Monday.com or Asana)
An extremely keen eye for detail and the ability to keep multiple projects organized and moving forward on schedule
Persistence in problem-solving; willing to “try things out” and iterate to find solutions
Flexible and willing to adapt approach based on performance and business goals
Proactive, self-motivated learner who enjoys honing their craft and becoming better each day
Collaborative team player, ability to work well with others, excellent communication
Salary Range: $55-65/hour based on experience
Billed on a 1099 contract basis
Please note: As this is a contract position, it is not eligible for Devoted Health's full-time employee Total Rewards package
The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
