We are passionate about revolutionising the investment experience for financial advisers and their clients by combining innovative proprietary technology with exceptional customer service.Purpose of the role:Fundment is seeking a Compliance Analyst (AML/KYC) to support the Compliance team, with a primary focus on AML and KYC oversight. This role is critical in ensuring that client due diligence and ongoing monitoring obligations are met in line with FCA expectations, while supporting the firm’s continued growth.The successful candidate will initially focus on KYC file reviews and AML monitoring, with the opportunity over time to develop into broader areas of compliance, including thematic reviews, regulatory change, and second-line assurance.Key ResponsibilitiesAML / KYC OversightConduct regular KYC and CDD file reviews across the adviser-led platform and DFM businessReview client onboarding documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliancePerform ongoing monitoring checks, including periodic reviews and trigger eventsIdentify, document, and escalate AML/KYC issues, breaches, or weaknesses in a timely mannerSupport the maintenance and enhancement of AML/KYC policies, procedures, and controlsAssist with responses to AML-related queries from the businessCompliance Monitoring SupportSupport the Compliance team with elements of the compliance monitoring planAssist with data gathering, testing, and documentation for monitoring reviewsHelp prepare management information and reporting for senior management and committeesMaintain accurate compliance records and evidence logsEssentialMinimum 12 months’ experience in a compliance, AML, or KYC role within financial servicesExperience within an investment firm, platform, DFM, or advisory environmentPractical experience conducting KYC/CDD reviewsGood understanding of UK AML regulations and FCA expectationsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistentlyAbility to identify risks and escalate issues appropriatelyWell-organised with the ability to manage routine reviews effectivelyClear written and verbal communication skillsDesirableFamiliarity with ongoing monitoring and periodic review processesProgress towards, or interest in, a professional compliance qualification (e.g. ICA)Why join us?Exposure to a broad compliance function within...
