Accountabilities:

    Ensure smooth, predictable, and high-quality delivery of services in an operational and agile-driven environment, acting as a key facilitator between teams and stakeholders:

    • Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote Scrum and Kanban best practices across teams
    • Ensure delivery predictability, quality, and stability within a sustainment (run) environment
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as SLAs, incidents, capacity, and delivery metrics
    • Coordinate and support incident resolution, ensuring timely response and restoration of services
    • Remove impediments and enable effective communication between technical teams, business, and stakeholders
    • Prioritize operational demands based on business impact and urgency
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and team efficiency
    • Support governance and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex environment
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate has strong experience in agile delivery environments and operational support contexts, with the ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities effectively:

      • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in IT environments
      • Experience working in AMS (Application Management Services) or run/support operations for critical systems
      • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
      • Experience managing incidents, risks, blockers, and operational performance indicators
      • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and high-demand environments
      • Proactive, resilient, and ownership-driven mindset with strong accountability
      • Ability to make structured decisions under pressure and in critical situations
