Overview
Our ideal candidate has a passion for project management, editing, and deadlines! We're looking for an adaptable team member who not only can manage the development and completion of our RFP responses, but also maintain the RFP repository, conduct the RFP reporting, and provide other functions that support our Sales team.
Cotiviti works with some of the healthcare industry's biggest players, so an understanding of technical jargon and industry trends is a plus. Our team is small and collaborative. Solid communication (both written and verbal) and project management skills are a must. As healthcare is constantly evolving, the desire to research our industry and stay up-to-date with relevant healthcare-related topics is also critical.
Responsibilities
- Manage the completion of RFPs (proofing, managing content, working across the organization to assimilate information, and adhering to due dates)
- Facilitate kickoff meetings, set response timelines, and hold internal teams accountable to strict client deadlines.
- Review bid documents to ensure every RFP instruction, formatting constraint, and compliance requirement is met.
- Collaborate with other departments and functional areas to obtain relevant, up-to-date content
- Manage all status calls and solutioning sessions
- Manage, create, and produce Cotiviti sales-related initiatives under tight deadlines
- Continually assess and update content in response to changes in services and market feedback
- Support proposal response database and proposal tracking tools (e.g., Responsive, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, etc.)
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English or other relevant field, or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional writing/editing experience, preferably in healthcare-related field
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Strong analytic, research, and interpersonal skills

Base compensation ranges from $96,000 to $126,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
