We are looking for an experienced L&D Manager to help employees and leaders build the capabilities needed to support ORTEC's growth and strategy.As L&D Manager, you partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify capability needs and translate them into impactful learning solutions. You create the right learning ecosystem to support capability building and behavioral change, drive the adoption of new ways of working, and ensure learning initiatives deliver measurable business impact.The role reports to the Talent Director.What you will doPartner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify and prioritize learning and capability needs.Translate business priorities into learning solutions that support performance and growth.Lead the delivery of onboarding, leadership development, expert programs and other learning initiatives.Drive AI adoption and innovation in learning and development.Manage learning technologies, including the LMS, and external learning partners.Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions.
Who you are
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR or a related field.Experience translating business needs into learning solutions that create impact.Experience managing learning programs, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies.Understanding of capability building and behavioral change in complex organizations.Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.Interest in AI, learning technology and digital innovation.Strong communication, influencing and project management skills.Ability to build trust, show ownership, drive change and collaborate across teams.Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related field.Relevant certifications in HR, Leadership, Program Management or Learning & Development are a plus.
