In this role, you will support financial planning, reporting, and analysisprocesses, partnering with business units and geographies to provide accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance insights. You will analyzefinancial statements, evaluate business trends, and prepare reports and recommendations to support decision-making. Your role and responsibilities - Analyze IBM’s forecasts, budgets, actuals, and key business metrics.- Develop and deliver variance analyses (forecast vs. actual, budget vs. actual).- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial performance and trends.- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in reporting.- Proactivity, very good interpersonal relationship, good team player, sense of urgency.deadlines. Required education High School Diploma/GED Preferred education Technical Diploma Required technical and professional expertise Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of July 2027 or later.Foundational understanding of financial and accounting principles, with an interest in developing knowledge in corporate finance, financial analysis, and business operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.Advanced to fluent English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred technical and professional experience Familiarity with Python and/or Power BI for data analysis, reporting automation, dashboard creation, and business insights generation.
