If you're looking for a place where your contributions have real impact, you’ll fit right in.Job DescriptionRESPEC, seeks a Water Resource field technician in our Water market sector, located in Tampa, FL.The Field Technician supports Water and Solid Waste projects by conducting construction quality assurance (CQA) observations, environmental monitoring, and field sampling across various media (soil, groundwater, surface water, air, and landfill gas). This role works closely with Project Engineers, Geologists, and Project Managers to complete field tasks, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure compliance with project specifications and facility operating permits.We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters.QualificationsRequired:Associate’s degree in Drafting/CAD design, Surveying, Environmental Science, Engineering Technology, or a closely related field; or a minimum 3 years of relevant experience including sampling, monitoring and CQAExperience with AutoCAD or other drafting softwareExperience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travelPreferred Qualifications:Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical/controls skillsAdditional InformationCompensation: Salary depends on experience. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.
