As an equal-opportunity employer, SARACA promotes a culture of innovation and learning, focused on helping customers grow faster and lead **Role: Project Manager** **Work location: Andover MA** **Background and Meet and Greet: MANDATORY** Job Description: ?About The Position The Project Manager is responsible for the effective management (organization, planning, execution, control, and evaluation) of all aspects of their assigned projects. The Project Manager will develop and manage the cross functional project plan, ensuring milestones, and goals are met. This individual will be responsible for project level financial management and planning. S/he drives project execution in accordance with product development process and design controls. S/he will effectively collaborate with project governance boards, communicate project status to management and provide resolution of project issues. Requirements •  Bachelor’s Degree required •  PMI, IPMA or equivalent certification preferred •  Product life cycle or product development experience - should have managed Medical Device projects with HW and SW (as electromechanical devices) •  Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering projects within a cross-functional organization. •  Knowledge in the use of project management methodologies and tools. •  Experienced in working with stakeholders to manage their expectations and engaging them to address project issues. •  Capable of managing risk to achieve business and customer objectives. •  Good communication skills, good customer relationships, leadership skills and team building competencies. Responsibilities •  Organize a project plan (project scope, timeline, and budget) for medical device projects to satisfy milestones and deadlines with required actions. •  Monitor and communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets internally and externally. •  Manage resources assigned to the project team to meet project goals/milestones. •  Work with management to ensure project has proper resources assigned. •  Author planning documents as required to support assigned projects.
