Join a fast-paced multi-functional Operations team where accuracy and timely execution matter. You’ll run day-to-day investment transfer and withdrawal workflows, complete key checks and reconciliations, and partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. You’ll also help improve processes and reduce manual work through an automation mindset.

As a Transfers Analyst within JPMorganChase International Consumer Bank Operations, you will process investment account transfers in and out of the bank using approved platforms (e.g., Equisoft or similar). You’ll also process withdrawals, perform verification and reconciliations, and work closely with partner teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Process cash and asset transfers and withdrawals within agreed timelines.
  • Complete verification, quality checks, and reconciliations to meet control standards.
  • Monitor queues, prioritize work, and provide clear, audit-ready updates and escalations.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve breaks and deliver outcomes under time pressure.
  • Improve how work gets done (simplify steps, reduce handoffs, improve turnaround time).
  • Support automation by documenting opportunities and helping test/implement changes.
  • Follow applicable policies and data-handling standards; contribute to team learning.

 

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years in operations processing / service delivery / workflow-based support.
  • Experience with cash and asset transfers in financial services or investment operations.
  • Experience of using a transfer processing platform (e.g., Equisoft or similar).
  • Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced) and solid overall Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high volume and tight deadlines in a tight and ever evolving regulatory framework.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management (including vendors where relevant).
  • Ability to work full-time at the Bengaluru office and cover UK shift hours.

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of investment products/account types relevant to transfers (incl. UK wrappers).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • Client-facing/customer service experience.
  • Exposure to Alteryx/Tableau (or similar low-code tools).
  • Examples of automation delivered (macros, workflow tools, scripting/low code).
