We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to support cable installation and infrastructure setup in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate deployment of electrical and data cabling across cleanroom and industrial areas.

- Support logistics of cable and electrical components.
- Assist with installation of conduits and supports.
- Work closely with electricians, technicians, and project managers to ensure proper material and tool procurement and delivery to working area.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety and cleanroom protocols.
- Perform spotter duties for teams of electricians.
- Perform basic measurements and documentation of cable runs.
- Support general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment setup.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in cable pulling, construction, or general labor preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or elevated platforms.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment.
- Willingness to work in cleanroom environments and follow strict contamination control procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
Working Conditions:
- May require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Work may be performed in cleanroom, industrial, or construction zones.
