The OpportunityAs a Full Stack Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice, you will combine technical skills with creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, providing solutions that meet their evolving needs.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and React Native
- Collaborating with team members and clients to gather requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Implementing coding standards and conducting code reviews to maintain quality and consistency
- Utilizing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes
- Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to validate smooth operation of software applications
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to optimize software functionality and efficiency
- Applying computer engineering and computer science principles to solve complex technical challenges
- Participating in client management activities to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment and embracing opportunities for learning and personal growth
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Excelling in coding with Java, JavaScript, and Python
- Utilizing React Native and SwiftUI for user interface development
- Implementing continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Conducting thorough code reviews and adhering to coding standards

The salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
