At JPMorganChase, our CoBrand and Partner Card business sits at the intersection of consumer finance, partner ecosystems, and digital innovation. We are transforming how customers experience financial products — and we need a strategic operator to help lead the way. If you thrive where big-picture thinking meets hands-on execution, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Job Summary

As a Vice President, Business Manager in the CoBrand and Partner Product team, you will serve as a trusted chief of staff to product leadership — translating executive vision into action and keeping a high-performing team focused, aligned, and moving forward. You will own the operating rhythm of the organization, lead business reviews that tell a compelling story, and drive strategic thought leadership alongside tactical day-to-day execution. This is a role for someone equally comfortable facilitating leadership offsite as they are building a performance dashboard or crafting a town hall agenda.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner and chief of staff to product leadership, enabling the team to operate with clarity, focus, and momentum.
  • Own and manage business reviews end-to-end — synthesizing performance data, risks, and progress into compelling narratives that communicate the team's story to senior stakeholders.
  • Define and manage team operating rhythms and cadences, including leadership meetings, offsites, and town hall preparation and delivery.
  • Manage Objectives and Key Results, performance metrics, and key business indicators — partnering across the organization to monitor quarterly performance and communicate results.
  • Lead executive and stakeholder communications, creating materials that drive alignment and engagement across partner and product teams.
  • Drive organization-wide communications to keep the full team informed, engaged, and motivated — including town halls, employee engagement events, and ongoing communication channels.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership on organizational priorities while remaining hands-on in the details required for successful execution.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of special projects that are critical to team success and fall outside standard product manager scope.
  • Partner with HR and Finance on headcount planning, budget management, and organizational initiatives.
  • Manage new hire onboarding, employee recognition programs , and team training initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify the team's work across the broader organization and build cross-functional partnerships.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in business management, strategy, financial services, or product management.
  • Proven track record managing complex programs and driving change within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience in a chief of staff, business management, or strategic operations role supporting senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate executive vision into clear, actionable plans.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills — able to craft compelling business narratives for executive audiences.
  • Experience designing and managing organizational operating cadences such as business reviews, town halls, and leadership offsites.
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable diving into operational details as they are into driving execution.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs with a demonstrated ability to drive business results.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand and interpret organizational financial metrics.
  • Demonstrated interest in adopting new technology, including artificial intelligence tools, to improve efficiency and quality of communications and program management.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in consumer financial services, card products, or a partner and co-brand business.
  • Familiarity with product management frameworks and agile delivery models.
  • Experience supporting senior executive leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships at scale.
  • Experience with employee engagement strategy and internal communications programs.
