As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing training courses focused on PSS products and sales skills, as well as supporting training project management activities. This is a hybrid role (3 + 2).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative e-learning content, including gamified courses, multi-module training projects, and other complex learning experiences
  • Write effective audio/video scripts, storyboards, and instructional content for courses
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the design team, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Partner with Training Managers and the Training Supervisor to support training project management, including identifying training needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring training objectives are achieved
  • Review scripts and courses developed by other team members
  • Support the training and coaching of team members

Key skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Communications, Psychology, Multimedia, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience designing or developing e-learning and training materials
  • Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal direction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing training projects
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience in technical writing and editing for training materials and presentations
  • Passion for learning and continuous professional development
  • Experience in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe)

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
