Accountabilities:

    As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, you will own the operational foundation that enables revenue growth, efficiency, and scalability. You will partner with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve processes, systems, analytics, and overall go-to-market performance.

    • Develop and execute the Revenue Operations roadmap in alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.
    • Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and revenue performance.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance leaders.
    • Design, optimize, and standardize go-to-market processes across lead management, sales cycles, onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
    • Lead initiatives that improve productivity, reduce manual work, and enhance customer and employee experiences.
    • Own and optimize the revenue technology ecosystem, including CRM platforms, automation tools, integrations, permissions, workflows, and vendor relationships.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-powered solutions to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
    • Build executive dashboards, KPI reporting frameworks, and business intelligence solutions to support strategic decision-making.
    • Monitor key revenue metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, sales velocity, retention, and productivity.
    • Establish strong data governance practices to improve CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and operational consistency.
    • Create documentation, playbooks, and processes that support long-term scalability.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team while driving accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Manage cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation, including stakeholder alignment and change management.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate combines strong Revenue Operations expertise, leadership experience, analytical capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic scaling environment.

      • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-To-Market Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
      • 4+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
      • Strong expertise in CRM administration and optimization, particularly HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
      • Proven experience designing scalable processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and revenue teams.
      • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription metrics, and recurring revenue operations.
      • Experience building executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and data-driven insights.
      • Ability to manage multiple integrated GTM systems, automation platforms, and technology workflows.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into operational solutions.
      • Excellent project management, process improvement, and change management capabilities.
      • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
      • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and growth-oriented startup environment.
      • Additional experience that would be valuable:

        • HubSpot certifications.
        • Experience supporting both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) strategies.
        • Familiarity with AI-powered Revenue Operations tools.
        • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Workato.
        • Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, data platforms, or analytics solutions such as Sigma or Snowflake.
        • Experience integrating GTM technologies and APIs.
        • Familiarity with tools such as Stripe, Gong, Aircall, Guru, Zendesk, and Asana.
        • Experience partnering with Finance teams on forecasting and planning.
