Training Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience implementing and supporting Zip and Agiloft contracting platforms to support the development and delivery of educational and training materials for the implementation of a new enterprise-wide contracting system. This role will partner with a cross-functional operations team to create learning content that enables successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the organization.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with Zip and/or Agiloft implementations, including understanding system functionality, business process workflows, user adoption considerations, and change management needs. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Procurement/Sourcing, Legal, Compliance, R&D, and other business functions to translate operational processes, contracting requirements, and system capabilities into engaging and effective training materials.
This role will help employees navigate process changes, adopt new digital contracting tools, and transition to more streamlined and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will be able to bridge business requirements and system functionality, leveraging their implementation experience to develop practical learning solutions that support successful deployment and long-term adoption.
The position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, instructional design, and system implementation skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and organizational levels. Experience supporting enterprise contract lifecycle management (CLM) implementations, particularly with Zip and Agiloft, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and coordinate change management plans including creation, drafting and organizing materials to be used for process education and system training sessions.
- Map streamlined process workflows across Legal, Procurement, and Policy Operations, to support process and system changes, and develop training and educational materials to drive adoption across R&D and other business teams.
Training & System Enablement
- Build clear education and training materials for new process and software tools.
- Create easy-to-use user guides, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, distributing invitations, and communicating session details to participants.
- Capture training outputs and developed comprehensive FAQs and knowledge-based documentation to support user adoption, knowledge retention, and ongoing operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 4+ years in change management, training, or organizational development.
- Requirements: Familiarity with Agiloft and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) concepts is required.
- Preferred: task orchestration and process automation preferred. Pharmaceutical experience is helpful but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills with an ability to unite cross-functional teams. Quick learner.
- Certifications: Prosci, ADKAR, or similar training credentials are a plus.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $68,500.00 - $171,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
