Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE & Power Platform Consultant to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM/CE), Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, .NET (C#), and Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 using plugins, workflows, business rules, JavaScript, and custom APIs.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power Pages
• Dataverse
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using Azure services, Azure Data Factory, and/or KingswaySoft.
• Develop custom components and integrations using .NET (C#).
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot capabilities to enhance business processes and user productivity.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
• Perform deployments, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
• Successfully delivered at least three (3) end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementation projects.
• Strong experience in Azure-based integrations and enterprise solution development.
• Hands-on experience in custom development, plugin development, workflows, and system integrations.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good to have Microsoft certifications: PL-200, PL-400, and PL-600
