As a Lead Government Property Compliance Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with government and customer property regulations within our aerospace operations. You will lead efforts to manage government and customer property assets, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.

You will report directly to our Director of Operations, and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location on an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the integrity and accountability of government and customer property management, supporting compliance with federal regulations and contributing to the overall success and reputation of Honeywell Aerospace. Your leadership will help maintain rigorous standards and foster continuous improvement in property compliance processes.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage government and customer property compliance activities to ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for government and customer property management and control.
  • Conduct audits and inspections of government and customer property to verify accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to resolve property discrepancies and issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on government and customer property compliance standards and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to government and customer agencies and senior management.
  • Monitor and track government and customer property assets using appropriate systems and tools.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance property management processes and compliance.
  • Maintain and organize dedicated storage areas to support the mobilization and custodial changes of government and customer property
     

YOU MUST HAVE
•    Extensive experience in government property management and compliance within aerospace or related industries.
•    Strong knowledge of federal regulations and contractual requirements related to government property.
•    Proficiency in property management systems and tools for tracking and reporting government assets.
•    Demonstrated ability to lead audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives effectively.

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•    Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving compliance programs.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•    Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
•    Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and compliance best practices.
