Field Service Actions Time and Data Mgmt. Analyst

The EE&S Team has begun to expand its coverage of the FSA Implementation workstreams. With the ability to OTA SW to more Vehicles, EE&S has the opportunity to save the Ford Motor corporation millions annually. With this increased opportunity we are more focused than ever to streamline our FSA SW delivery capabilities. In this role you'll play a key role in helping to deliver a step-function change in our SW deployment timing. The team is in need of a self-motivated "go-getter" who is ready to hit the ground running. This individual will work directly with the PD engineering and FCSD teams to understand and deliver service timing for critical SW.
What you'll do...
Apply engineering principles and analytical techniques to drive continuous improvement in FSA SW deployment process.
Play an integral part in the FSA SW deployment process by establishing and monitoring timing target levels at each of the milestone phases to validate sw readiness.
Manage and direct FSAPM Jira activities to ensure robust service timing plans as well and minimize Jira hygiene errors/concerns.
Function as the leader and subject matter expert for EE&S Global FSAs. Coordinate activities and drive improvements to achieve KPIs.
Remove Barriers: Lead best practices, and the development of solutions for throughput constraints.
Work cross-functionally with DnR's, Plant Vehicle Teams, Ford Customer Service Division, OTA Operations, and Suppliers.
Develop relevant KPIs and data visualizations to enable a clear, real-time understanding of actual vs. expected SW quality and process performance.
You'll have...
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of product management expertise with a solid foundation in agile software development
Experience with Jira and KANBAN dashboard development
Experience relevant to product management and / or software engineering
Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
Basic understanding of Field Service Actions process
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage complex integrations and dependencies across various products, product lines, and product groups
Proven leadership skills in people management, team building, and coaching, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to identify innovative solutions

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with Software Engineering tools and practices such as Jira
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Large Language Models
Experience in the automotive industry or related technology fields

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8 and ranges from $86,600-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
