The tvScientific by Pinterest team is building a new enterprise cross-sell motion focused on growing off-platform revenue in close partnership with Pinterest’s NAMER Enterprise sales team. As a Senior Client Partner, you’ll help establish how we go to market together across CTV, video and programmatic opportunities, creating a seamless experience for customers with integrated needs. You’ll play a key role in shaping the team’s operating model, strengthening collaboration across sales teams and driving incremental revenue across enterprise accounts.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead enterprise cross-sell efforts for tvScientific by Pinterest in partnership with Pinterest’s NAMER Enterprise sales team, with a focus on growing off-platform revenue across CTV, video and programmatic opportunities
  • Build and execute joint account plans with Enterprise Client Partners, MDs and sales leadership to identify whitespace, prioritize accounts and advance strategic opportunities from first touch through close
  • Develop relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders across video, programmatic and performance teams, expanding access to decision-makers and creating new paths to revenue
  • Establish a clear co-sell motion by defining roles, communication norms and engagement models that help Pinterest’s 1P sales team and tvScientific by Pinterest work together effectively
  • Act as a strategic partner to enterprise sellers by bringing strong market knowledge, customer insight and consultative sales strategies that connect advertiser goals to tvScientific by Pinterest solutions
  • Partner closely with programmatic, measurement, product marketing and sales teams to strengthen enterprise education, improve account readiness and deliver a more integrated customer experience
  • Track pipeline development, customer engagement and cross-sell activity with strong operational discipline so the team can measure success beyond closed revenue and continue improving the motion over time
  • Use AI to accelerate account research, opportunity planning, meeting preparation and follow-up documentation, while applying judgment and verification to ensure quality, accuracy and strong customer outcomes

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 8  years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic sales, CTV, video advertising or enterprise advertising partnerships
  • Experience in building and growing senior relationships across advertisers, agencies and internal sales organizations, especially within complex enterprise account structures
  • Experience in programmatic media, CTV, video and off-platform advertising solutions, including how these channels connect to broader advertiser goals and measurement strategies
  • Experience in developing account plans, sourcing new business opportunities and driving strategic sales motions in collaboration with cross-functional and matrixed teams
  • Experience in working through ambiguity and helping establish new processes, team norms and operating models in a newly formed or evolving organization
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate customer analysis, account planning and sales execution, with a clear approach to validating accuracy and quality
  • Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work through source-checking, stakeholder review and disciplined sales judgment
  • High integrity and ownership in handling sensitive customer and business information, using AI thoughtfully and remaining accountable for final decisions and deliverables
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as digital media or SaaS sales, or equivalent professional experience

 

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the New York office.

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
